Recieved a letter the other day from Time Warner Austin.. I thought it was a "pay up now" type of notice, but lo and behold:
Dear Hai Le:

Time Warner Cable appreciates your business and the interest you have expressed in our High Definition converter(s). As you know, we currently have a waiting list of customers for this product. We look forward to providing you with this new cutting edge technology.

We have attempted to conact you by telephone and have been unsuccessful. Your installation date has been set for September 14, 2002 PM. If you have not yet indicatd wich HD broadcast channel you prefer or do not currently subscribe to one of our HD broadcast channels (HBO/Showtime) these channels will be added to your billing. Please contact us at yoru earliest convienence.

In other news: Dave was eating breakfast in the break room when he saw a mouse scurry across the break room floor, making way through my office. Now there's a scrubby little bastard hanging out in here. Can't stand rodents, leaving their little black pellets everywhere, spreading their rodent germs. Yuck.
