Ah, to be Norman Peppy. To be the object of unrelented desire from Ms. White, a soliloquy spoken in the contrast of the dark night. Damn you New Jersey and damn you Frank, for stealing the diamond of my eye who's value stands priceless. A fetching to me, to your friend Ms. White hath directed me a skip away form your shining heart. What a fool I have been, in which a sentence on my head hath been placed.. all these years.
Alas, I am now an Office Supply Salesman in Ohio, my own muse thousands of miles away. My life began with you, lest you take mine with you Ms. White. Thou hast taken the very breadth of me and as I have of you. As Dante profusely recanted in the Inferno:
"Wisdom supreme! how dost thou show thine art
In heaven and earth and in the pit profound,
And of thy justice make exact the chart!"
Inferno, Canto XIX
Thou most fairest in thine eyes, Suzanne. That swimsuit at Oma's; a beacon to all, as grand and lovely as the guardian at Rhodes. You are one of wonders of the world. One a lonely soul as myself can only glimpse a peck on your fair cheek, amongst the invoices and requisitions..you are worth more to me than the twenty thousand dollar order for paper from Prudential Financial.
I leave you now, quietly on the shores to be with your love. Your fair light will be the beacon to the shadow befallen of my errors, all those years ago. The boardwalk, where we got that really, really tasty fried fish, a memory of an Avalon amongst the trees. A final moment, with the poet Virgil:
"Then Heaven, the Father almighty, comes down in fruitful showers
into the lap of his joyous spouse, and his might, with her
mighty frame comingling, nurtures all growths."
- from the Georgics.
Ah yes, to be Norman Peppy.
Heh, most of you won't get that, it being "insider information" and all. Anyways, happy birthday Angela and I hope Emily/Sue get a kick out of that one!
Song of the Day:
