 Man, I wish we had Starbucks. I'm sure many of you guys who work in offices know about the "GOOD JOB!" points that you send to each other when help is appreciated. These 'points' usual equate to money at the end of the year, or maybe some free Mr. Pibb's in the break room vending machine. Here at my work, we call them 'Great Job, you get to keep your job-points'. At the end of the year, you tally them up and those with the highest amount of points...well, get to keep their jobs.
If they actually translated into money, i'm sure i'd have say, a million dollar bonus or something.
